The Sunbird is a considered a national symbol in Palestine due to its rich presence  inside and around Palestine. Its a very small bird usually spotted on the light bushes of trees; especially the acacia tree. These awesome earrings are the outline of the Sunbird of Palestine, with a blue bead on top of the outlined ring.

The women artisans are from the Beit Doqo Women Society based in a small village outside of Jerusalem. They use small tools to hand cut sheets of brass to create their pieces.

Please note the earrings in the photo have yellow or blue beads. Currently we only have blue beads.
